My name is Josette and I am the photographer here at exposures by j.linnea (ps. Linnea is my middle name)

I live in Moorhead, Minnesota with my husband and we have 3 children...and only one left in the nest! I keep wondering how that happened so fast. I am definitely not looking forward to an empty nest. Once our last kiddo graduates, luckily, we also have 2 Goldendoodles that I can love on, and they are the best puppers around.

As for photography, my journey began in 2010, but I was finally able to go full-time with photography and step away from my long term nursing career in 2016.

22 years as a nurse. It was a good run and I never imagined anything would steal my heart away from that career, but God had other plans. Great plans! Having this second career in life has been a huge blessing.

Your session can be held in our gorgeous natural light studio in downtown Fargo, and of course, I also love my outdoor evening sessions once the Minnesota and North Dakota spring, summer and fall seasons are in full swing here. It's definitely no secret that I love the golden hour and my golden hour sessions.

Hands down, it truly is the best time to shoot outdoors.
